Why I became a Psychologist

My path to becoming a psychologist wasn't a straight line. it was shaped by my own experiences with adversity, challenges and growth. I truly believe in the power of a therapeutic relationship which offers attunement, guidance and support. My values that I bring to my work are authenticity, growth, compassion, open-mindedness and trust.

My Therapeutic
Approach

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We'll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop practical strategies to shift unhelpful patterns.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Focus on changing your relationship with difficult situations, thoughts and feelings, and move towards committed action that is in alignment to your values and goals.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR can be a powerful tool for processing painful memories and reducing their emotional charge.

Schema Therapy

Find ways to shift deep-rooted patterns through identifying your schemas.  This therapy helps people recognize how these patterns affect their current relationships and life choices.

Interpersonal Therapy

Interpersonal therapy helps people improve their relationships and functioning by focusing on communicating and relational patterns,
