Trauma & PTSD

Trauma doesn't just live in your memories - it lives in your body, your relationships, and the way you move through the world. Whether you've experienced a single traumatic event or ongoing trauma, I provide a safe, compassionate space for healing at your own pace.


I'm trained in EMDR, schema therapy and trauma-focused CBT, all of which are  highly effective approaches for processing traumatic memories and reducing their emotional charge.
