Fees

Clinical Psychology

Medicare card holders with a Mental Health Care Plan are entitled to a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Clinical psychologist session fee: $285 per session.

Medicare rebate: $149.05

Out-of-pocket gap: $135.95

Appointments scheduled at or after 5:00 pm incur an additional $20 after-hours fee.

Concession card holders and full-time students: $260 per session.

Sessions may also be eligible for rebates through private health insurance Extras cover. Rebates vary depending on your level of cover and insurer.

TAC (Transport Accident Commission)

TAC-funded sessions: Eligible psychological consultations are billed directly to the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), subject to claim approval and applicable funding guidelines. Please contact Aidan to discuss your circumstances and accessing TAC-funded psychological treatment.

ADHD Assessments

Comprehensive ADHD assessment: $1,585

Individual Supervision

Individual supervision session: $260 (including GST).

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session without occurring any fee. This policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another client who may be on a cancellation or waiting list for an appointment.

In the event that less than 48 hours' notice is given to cancel an appointment or a scheduled appointment is not attended, the consultation fee may be charged unless there are extenuating circumstances. Medicare does not cover cancelled appointments.
